Applicants must provide the following prerequisites at least one week before their chosen program starts:
Payment of non-refundable registration fees (please be aware that registration fees need to be settled for the registration procedure to be finalized)
Professional liability (malpractice) insurance
Screening for Tuberculosis & Hepatitis B
GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. The candidate needs to fill out an application information form.
2. The candidate must be at least seventeen years old when the program of study begins.
3. The candidate is required to have an interview with an admissions representative or other administrative personnel.
4. Candidates need to pay the enrollment fee and must be capable of meeting all financial commitments.
5. Must possess a High School Diploma or a GED.
6. If the candidate does not have a High School Diploma or a GED, they will need to undertake the CDIL admission assessment and achieve a score of 85% or higher.
7. Accepted candidates must agree to and sign the C. Douglas Institute of Learning Enrollment Agreement.
